Overview

Mobile Security & Antivirus by Lookout is an all-in-one mobile security and antivirus app that provides premium protection for Android devices. With Lookout, users can protect their devices from viruses, malware, and spyware, and rest assured that their personal data is safe with ID theft protection services. Lookout Basic includes features such as virus scanning, system advising, and location mapping, while Lookout Antivirus & Security Premium offers additional features like safe Wi-Fi, breach reporting, and theft alerts. Lookout Premium Plus (US only) provides all of the Premium functionality, as well as identity theft protection.

One of the key features of Lookout is its virus scanning capabilities. The app provides continuous, over-the-air antivirus protection from viruses, malware, spyware, adware, and phishing. Users can simply scan their device and Lookout will take care of the rest. Lookout also checks mobile devices for root detections to ensure that the operating system is working properly. In addition, Lookout makes it easy to identify, clean, and remove viruses from Android devices.

Another important feature of Lookout is its location mapping and theft alert capabilities. Users can map the location of their device and make it sound an alarm, even on silent. Signal Flare automatically saves the device's location when the battery is low. In addition, Lookout sends an email with a photo and location whenever suspicious behavior is detected that could mean the user's identity has been stolen.

Lookout Antivirus & Security Premium offers additional features such as safe Wi-Fi, breach reporting, and safe browsing. Safe Wi-Fi protects mobile data from phishing and other Wi-Fi attacks, while breach reporting provides timely alerts whenever a company, app, or service the user uses has a data breach. Safe browsing scans every URL link the user visits to help detect online threats with antivirus technology and alert them of sites that can infect their device and steal their personal information. Privacy Advisor allows users to see what personal information can be accessed by their apps, while Lock & Wipe allows them to remotely lock their device, post a custom message, and erase their data.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the latest version of F?

The latest version currently listed by Appspicked is V10.38-cf48bfb, with information updated on Mar 11, 2026. Versions may vary by device, region, or rollout schedule, so users should also check Google Play / App Store or announcements from F-Secure Corporation.

Is F safe to download and use?

No website can guarantee that an app is completely risk-free. Appspicked recommends downloading F only from an official app store or a verified channel operated by F-Secure Corporation. Before installing, confirm the developer name, package ID com.lookout, requested permissions, privacy policy, and download source.

Why can’t I find F in the App Store?

F may be unavailable because of regional restrictions, device incompatibility, account or age settings, a temporary removal, a name change, or because it has not been released for that platform. An Android package page does not necessarily mean that an iOS App Store version exists. Check F-Secure Corporation’s official website for current availability.

Where can I download or update F?

Use Google Play / App Store or another official download channel provided by F-Secure Corporation whenever possible. Appspicked provides app information and store links, but users should verify the destination domain and publisher before downloading or updating the app.

Why is the version shown on Appspicked different from the app-store version?

The information on Appspicked may represent the most recently indexed snapshot. App stores sometimes release updates gradually or display different versions according to region, device, operating system, or testing group. The official store listing should be treated as the final reference.

Which devices and operating systems support F?

F is listed for Android / iOS, with a reported minimum requirement of Not specified. Actual compatibility may also depend on the device model, region, available storage, hardware features, and installed system components.

Is F free?

The initial download may be free, but subscriptions, advertising, paid features, or in-app purchases may still apply. Prices and available purchases can vary by country and version. Check the payment information displayed by Google Play / App Store before completing a transaction.

What should I do if F cannot be installed or updated?

Check the network connection, storage space, operating-system version, account region, and device compatibility. Restart the device and try again through the official store. If the problem continues, consult the support resources provided by F-Secure Corporation.
